This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to TritaliMed Inc. (“Company”), its website http://tritalimed.com and online shop http://tritalimed.com/shop (“Sites”), and governs data collection and usage. For the purpose of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all reference to the Company. By using the Company’s Sites, either visiting the website or making a purchase from the online shop, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

The Company collect any personal information about you that you voluntarily provide it to us. You may also be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message or using online Contact Us form; (e) making a purchase or attempting to make a purchase, submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties, but the Company shares your personal information with third parties to help the Company use your personal information as described above.

The Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. The Company may keep track of the websites and pages that the users visit within the Company, in order to determine what the Company products and services are the most popular. Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Site, the Company may automatically collect certain information about your device, computer hardware and software, including information about your web browser, IP address, domain name, time zone, access times, referring website addresses and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. This information is used for the operation, maintenance of the quality, and providing general statistics regarding the use of the Company’s Sites.

Rights to Deletion

When you place an order through the Sites, the Company will maintain your order information for the records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Subject to certain exceptions set out below, upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, the Company will delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Children Under Thirteen

The Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use the Sites.
