Green coffee beans and fenugreek seeds are rich in natural trigonelline (TRG), chlorogenic acid (CGA) and other nutrients such as 4-hydroxyisoleucine (4HIL), fiber, magnesium, choline, vitamins and saponins that are important in preserving mitochondrial integrity and maintaining normal mitochondrial functions.
